  • The product must not be part of a clearance salespecial offer, or final sale item. These products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or incorrect installation are not eligible for a return or refund.

1.2 How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will verify your return request and provide instructions on how to return the product to us.
  3. Return the product to the address provided by our team. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive the returned product and verify its condition. We will issue a refund if:

  • The product meets the return criteria outlined above.

  • store credit if you prefer to shop for something else.

3.2 Warranty

All of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If the product becomes faulty within the warranty period, we will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or repair, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. 4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
